Fogging treatment :
- The main aim of fogging is to kill any adult dengue mosquitoes that may be carrying the dengue virus. To try and prevent the infected mosquito from biting another person and passing on the disease fogging treatment is used.
- The insecticide in the fog is not as harmful to human beings as the low concentration being used.
- Fogging is used for the external surrounding of the structure within the compound area, & it will be executed during dusk hours on daily basis throughout the year to kill adult mosquitoes in the vicinity of the premises.
- During the fogging, flying mosquitoes within the treated area are Fogging does not prevent mosquitoes from re-entering the area.
Antilarval Treatment :
Larvicides are chemicals designed to be applied directly to water to control mosquito larvae. This treatment will be executed by spraying of antilarval insecticides in stagnant water within the facility compound area viz.

- Collected rainwater puddles.
